What Happens When We Sleep?

God created man not to move continuously without a break. But the magnitude of god almighty has created man with all the perfection of his creation than other creatures. 1. Quiet sleep or non-REM

2. Active or REM sleep

Every quiet or NREM sleep cycle will end with active sleep or REM (Rapid Eye Movement).
